IPEN Co-Chair’s Letter to Delegates Attending the Heads of Delegations Meeting of the Plastics Treaty INC 

We are at a critical point to address the 2022 UNEA 5.2 mandate for a legally binding treaty to end plastic pollution ahead of INC-5.2. In this letter, IPEN raises the top issues necessary to create a meaningful agreement that protects human health and the environment and moves toward resolving the plastics crisis.
