IPEN's Senior Science and Technical Advisor Joe DiGangi moderated the session. Dr. Lawrence Chidi Anukam (National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency of Nigeria) was a special guest, and spoke about the difficulty of trying to determine the functionality of electronic products that are shipped to Nigeria. The event also provided information about low POPs content, recycling exemptions, and guidelines for the transboundary movement of electronic waste.
