실바니 므낭야

실바니 므낭야 (he/him) is Principal Program Officer and Executive Secretary for AGENDA in Tanzania and coordinates IPEN’s Anglophone Africa Hub. He is a trained Agricultural Engineer with an MSc. degree in Engineering (Environmental), Environmental Management and Development. He also serves as Coordinator of the Tanzanian NGOs Network on the Africa Stockpiles Programme and Secretary to the National Stakeholders Advisory Forum (NSAF) on pesticides management.
