Stanley Okwara

Stanley Okwara (he/him) is a research associate with Centre for Earth Works (CFEW) with over 7 years of experience in Environmental Activism with a strong background in Education and Data Analysis. He serves as IPEN’s Youth Caucus Co-chair as well as Africa’s Regional Focal Point with the Chemical and Waste Youth Platform (CWYP). Stanley holds a bachelor’s degree in Technology Education. He is dedicated to combating issues of chemicals and plastic waste and believes young people are pivotal in achieving a world free of harm from chemicals and waste. He lives in Nigeria and is proficient in English, Igbo and Hausa.
