Lee Bell (he/him), Mercury and POPs Policy Advisor, has extensive technical experience in evaluating environmental impacts from chemicals in plastics, focusing on threats from plastics recycling and disposal technologies. He holds an MSc in Ecologically Sustainable Development and is working toward his PhD.
