Regional newsletter

The IPEN Middle East & North Africa (MENA) regional newsletter (January - June 2018) shares news about different activities and projects of Participating Organizations (POs) in the region. Some of the projects were supported by IPEN. The newsletter aims to raise awareness about the different activities POs are working on, share information within the region, and exchange expertise. In this newsletter, information about incineration, plastics, Earth Day, lead in paint, the Minamata Convention, electronics, and government decisions on the environment are highlighted.

The newsletter features updates from IPEN Participating Organizations on some of their work in the region, including from Sevlanka Foundation, Environment and Social Development Organization (ESDO), LEADERS Nepal, Toxics Link, Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), Jagrata Juba Shangha (JJS), Center for Public Health and Environmental Development (CEPHED), and Centre for Innvovation in Science and Social Action (CISSA).

The newsletter features updates from IPEN Participating Organizations on some of their work in the region, including from Latinoamericana de Nanotecnología y Sociedad (ReLANS), Red de Acción en Plaguicidas y sus Alternativas para América Latina (RAPAL), Red de Acción sobre Plaguicidas y sus Alternativas en México (RAPAM), Taller Ecologista and Alianza Mundial por una Odontología Libre de Mercurio.

The newsletter features updates from IPEN Participating Organizations on some of their work in the region, including from Nature University, BaliFokus, Medicuss Foundation, Consumers Association of Penang, Ecological Alert and Recovery Thailand, and the Cambodian Center for Study and Development in Agriculture.
